And this is a fact today; we can not remove the computer from our own lives.
But yes we can try to avoid more losses to our eyes.
To avoid more damage, try to splatter cold water into your eyes 3 to 4 times a day to keep your eyes relax.
When you are working on the computer for several hours, try to give a look to anything placed on a distance after every 5 minutes, it will help you to preserve your eyesight.

Food poisoning is a common, usually easygoing, but sometimes deadly illness. Typical symptoms include nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramping, and diarrhea that occur suddenly (within 48 hours) after consuming an unhygienic food or drink. Depending on the impurity, fever and chills, bloody stools, dehydration, and nervous system damage may pursue. These symptoms may have an effect on one person or a group of people who ate the same thing (called an epidemic).
Worldwide, diarrheal illnesses are along with the primary causes of death. Travelers to developing countries often come across food poisoning.
Indications of food poisoning
Many cases of food poisoning are not reported because people suffer mild indications and recover quickly. Also, doctors do not test for a cause in every suspected case because it does not change the treatment or the outcome.

Indications of food poisoning

Many cases of food poisoning are not reported because people suffer mild indications and recover quickly. Also, doctors do not test for a cause in every suspected case because it does not change the treatment or the outcome.

The known causes of food poisoning can be divided into two categories: infectious agents and toxic agents.

Infectious agents include viruses, bacteria, and parasites.

Toxic agents include poisonous mushrooms, improperly prepared exotic foods (such as barracuda), or pesticides on fruits and vegetables

Food usually becomes infected from poor hygiene or preparation. Food handlers who do not wash their hands after using the bathroom or have infections themselves often cause infectivity. Improperly packaged food stored at the wrong temperature also promotes infectivity.

Indications of food poisoning rely on the type of toxin and the amount eaten. The indications can develop quickly, within 30 minutes, or slowly, worsening over days to weeks. Usually food poisoning is not serious, and the illness runs its course in 24-48 hours.

What you can do at home

Short periods of vomiting and small amounts of diarrhea lasting less than 24 hours can usually be cared for at home.

Do not eat solid food while nauseous or vomiting but drink plenty of fluids.

Small, frequent sips of clear liquids (those you can see through) are the best way to stay hydrated.

Avoid alcoholic, caffeinated, or sugary drinks.

After successfully bearing fluids, eating should begin slowly, when nausea and vomiting have stopped. Plain foods that are easy on the stomach should be started in small amounts. Consider eating rice, wheat, breads, potatoes, low-sugar cereals, lean meats, and chicken (not fried) to start. Milk can be given safely, while some people may experience additional stomach upset due to lactose intolerance.

Most food poisonings do not oblige the use of over-the-counter medicines to stop diarrhea, but they are generally safe if used as directed. It is not suggested that these medications be given to children. If there is a question or unease, you should always check with a doctor.

As we all know that from some years Dengue and Malaria is in news because of weather changing and the biggest reason behind these fevers is a living thing which is smaller in size but biggest danger for us, “The Mosquito”.
So my opinion is why we should not eliminate the reason of these fevers before being paid. Yes I know that we can’t get rid of it completely but we can protect ourselves while living with these kinds of species.
But first we should know about these fevers what they are

Malaria

An infectious disease of tropical areas caused by the parasitic infection of red blood cells by a protozoan of the form Plasmodium, which is transmitted by the bite of an infected female mosquito. Malaria is characterized by repeated episodes of chills, fever, sweating, and anemia and is endemic in Africa, Central America, and much of Southern Asia and northern South America.

HOW TO GET RID OF MOSQUITOES

Here I will not discuss the normal sprays or repellent creams to stay away from the mosquitoes; here I will give you the formulation to make your own repellent cream in home with almost no cost.

FORMULATION FOR REPELLENT CREAM

3. Any Moisturizing Cream Or Lotion

How To Make

Simply blend Lemon Grass with few drops of Water very well, you will get a paste by these things. Then mix this paste into the moisturizing cream or lotion you like. Now your mosquito repellent solution is ready to use. It will give you a great smell as well as give you a very smooth skin.

(NOTE . You can use lemon grass paste as a mosquito repellent solution without the moisturizing creams or lotions).

REASONS

Mosquitoes do not like the smell of lemon grass.

A dental abscess is an infection of the mouth, face, jaw, or throat that begins as a tooth infection or cavity. These infections are common in people with poor dental health and result from lack of proper and timely dental care.

Bacteria from a cavity can extend into the gums, the cheek, the throat, beneath the tongue, or even into the jaw or facial bones. A dental abscess can become very painful when tissues become inflamed.

Pus collects at the site of the infection and will become progressively more painful until it either ruptures and drains on its own or is drained surgically.

Sometimes the infection can progress to the point where swelling threatens to block the airway, causing difficulty breathing. Dental abscesses can also make you generally ill, with nausea, vomiting, fevers, chills, and sweats.

A dental abscess is an infection of the mouth, face, jaw, or throat that begins as a tooth infection or cavity. These infections are common in people with poor dental health and result from lack of proper and timely dental care.

Dental Abscess Causes

The cause of these infections is direct growth of the bacteria from an existing cavity into the soft tissues and bones of the face and neck.

An infected tooth that has not received appropriate dental care can cause a dental abscess to form. Poor oral hygiene, (such as not brushing and flossing properly or often enough) can cause cavities to form in your teeth. The infection then may spread to the gums and adjacent areas and become a painful dental abscess.

Dental Abscess Symptoms

Symptoms of a dental abscess typically include pain, swelling, and redness of the mouth and face. With an advanced infection, you can suffer nausea, vomiting, fever, chills, and diarrhea.

The signs of dental abscess typically include, but are not limited to, cavities, gum inflammation, oral swelling, tenderness with touch, pus drainage, and sometimes difficulty fully opening your mouth or swallowing.

When to Seek Medical Care

If you think you have an abscess, call your dentist. If you cannot reach a dentist, go to a hospital’s Emergency Department for evaluation, especially if you feel sick.

If an infection becomes so painful that it cannot be managed by nonprescription medicines, see your doctor or dentist for drainage.

If you develop fever, chills, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea as a result of a dental abscess, see your doctor.

If you have intolerable pain, difficulty breathing or swallowing, any of the symptoms of a dental abscess, or you cannot reach your doctor or dentist during off hours, go to a hospital’s emergency department for evaluation and treatment. By seeking treatment before your symptoms progress to this stage, you can avoid emergency department visits.

Exams and Tests

A doctor or dentist can determine by physical examination if you have a drainable abscess. X-rays of the teeth may be necessary to show small abscesses that are at the deepest part of the tooth. Signs observed by the doctor, including nausea, vomiting, fever, chills, or diarrhea, may indicate that the infection has progressed to the point where it is making your whole body sick.

In true depression, the symptoms last weeks, months, or sometimes years if you don’t seek treatment. If you are depressed, you are often unable to perform daily activities. You may not care enough to get out of bed or get dressed, much less work, do errands, or socialize.

Adults: You may be said to be suffering from a major depressive episode if you have a depressed mood for at least two weeks and have at least five of the following symptoms:

feeling sad or blue,
crying spells,
loss of interest or pleasure in usual activities,
significant increase or decrease in appetite,

You may not care enough to get out of bed or get dressed, much less work, do errands, or socialize.

Adults: You may be said to be suffering from a major depressive episode if you have a depressed mood for at least two weeks and have at least five of the following symptoms:

feeling sad or blue,

crying spells,

loss of interest or pleasure in usual activities,

significant increase or decrease in appetite,

significant weight loss or weight gain,

inability to sleep or excessive sleeping,

agitation or irritability,

fatigue or loss of energy,

feelings of worthlessness or excessive guilt, and

thoughts of death or suicide.

For people who tend to suffer from an increase in appetite, tiredness, and the tendency to sleep (atypical depression), carbohydrate craving, sometimes specifically for chocolate, may occur. That has been found to sometimes be an indication that the person tends to suffer from irritability and anxiety in addition to depression.

Children: Children with depression may also experience the classic symptoms but may exhibit other symptoms as well, including the following:

poor school performance;

persistent boredom;

frequent complaints of physical problems such as headaches and stomachaches;

some of the classic adult symptoms of depression may also be more obvious in children, such as changes in eating or sleeping patterns (Has the child lost or gained weight in recent weeks or months? Does he or she seem more tired than usual?); and

teenagers may show depression by taking more risks and/or showing less concern for their own safety. Examples of risk-taking behaviors include driving recklessly/at excessive speed, becoming intoxicated with alcohol or other drugs, especially in situations where they drive or may be in the presence of others who engage in risky behaviors; engaging in promiscuous or unprotected sex.

Parents of children with depression report noticing the following behavior changes. If you notice any of these, discuss this with your health-care provider.

The child cries more often or more easily.

The child’s eating habits, sleeping habits, or weight change significantly.

The child has unexplained physical complaints (for example, headaches or abdominal pain).

The child spends more time alone, away from friends and family.

The child actually becomes more “clingy” and may become more dependent on certain relationships. This is less common than social withdrawal, though.

The child seems to be overly pessimistic or exhibits excessive guilt or feelings of worthlessness.

The child expresses thoughts about hurting him or herself, or exhibits reckless or other harmful behavior.

Elderly: While any of the classic symptoms of depression may occur in elderly people, other symptoms also may be noted:

diminished ability to think or concentrate,

Depression Facts/Statistics
Clinical depression affects about 40% people of the world annually. It is estimated to contribute to half of all suicides. About 5%-10% of women and 2%-5% of men will experience at least one major depressive episode during their adult life. Depression affects people of all races, incomes, ages, and ethnic and religious backgrounds, but it is three to five times more common in the elderly than in young people.
Depression Causes
The causes of depression are complex. Genetic, biological, and environmental factors can contribute to its development. In some people, depression can be traced to a single cause, while in others, a number of causes are at play. For many, the causes are never known.

Currently, it appears that there are biochemical causes for depression, occurring as a result of abnormalities in the levels of certain chemicals in the brain.

In some people, depression can be traced to a single cause, while in others, a number of causes are at play. For many, the causes are never known.

Currently, it appears that there are biochemical causes for depression, occurring as a result of abnormalities in the levels of certain chemicals in the brain.

These chemicals are called neurotransmitters.

The abnormalities are thought to be biological and are not caused by anything you did.

While we still don’t know exactly how levels of these neurotransmitters affect mood, we do know that the levels can be affected by a number of factors.

Heredity: Certain types of depression seem to run in some families. Research is ongoing as to exactly which genes are involved in depression. Just because someone is your family has depression, however, doesn’t mean you will. Sometimes, family members who were known to abuse alcohol or other drugs were unwittingly trying to improve their mood (often called “self-medication” by professionals). Likewise, you can become depressed even if no one else in your family is known to have depression.

Personality: People with certain personality traits are more likely to become depressed. These include negative thinking, pessimism, excess worry, low self-esteem, a hypersensitivity to perceived rejection, overdependence on others, a sense of superiority or alienation from others, and ineffective responses to stress.

Situations: Difficult life events, loss, change, or persistent stress can cause levels of neurotransmitters to become unbalanced, leading to depression. Even major happy events, such as childbirth, can cause changes in hormone levels, be stressful and cause clinical depression, as in postpartum depression.

Medical conditions: Depression is more likely to occur with certain medical conditions. These “co-occurring” conditions include heart disease, stroke, diabetes, cancer, hormonal disorders (especially perimenopause or hypothyroidism, known as “low thyroid“), Parkinson disease, and Alzheimer disease. Clinical depression should not be considered a normal or natural reaction to illness.

Medications: Some medications used for long periods, such as prednisone, certain blood pressure medicines, sleeping pills, antibiotics and even birth control pills in some cases, can cause depression or make an existing depression worse.

Substance abuse: While it has long been believed that depression caused people to misuse alcohol and drugs in an attempt to make themselves feel better (self-medication), it is now thought that the reverse can also be the case; substance abuse can actually cause depression.

Diet: Deficiencies in certain vitamins, such as folic acid and B-12, may cause depression.

Certain people are more likely to develop clinical depression. The following are risk factors for depression in adults:

female sex,

advanced age,

lower socioeconomic status,

recent stressful life experience,

chronic (long-term) medical condition,

underlying emotional or personality disorder,

substance abuse (such as alcohol, sleeping medications, medications for panic or anxiety, or cocaine),

family history of depression, especially in a close relative (such as parent, brother or sister, or child), and

lack of social support.

Many of these risk factors also apply to children. Other risk factors for childhood or teen depression include the following:

continual mental or emotional stress, at home or at school,

a recent loss,

attention, learning, or conduct disorder, and

obesity.

Risk factors for depression in elderly people include those listed for adults. Especially important are the following:

Co-occurring illnesses: These become much more important risk factors in the elderly because of the higher incidence of these illnesses in older people. Diseases with which depression is more likely to occur include heart disease, stroke, diabetes, cancer, thyroid disease, Parkinson disease, and Alzheimer disease — all diseases that are much more common in elderly people than in other age groups.

Medication effects: Like co-occurring illnesses, medication use is much more common in the elderly. Depression is a side effect of some medications in the elderly.

Not taking medication for medical conditions: Some medical conditions, if untreated, may cause depression. An example is hypothyroidism (low thyroid functioning).

Living alone, social isolation

Being recently widowed

Throughout the course of our lives, we all experience episodes of stress, unhappiness, sadness, or grief. Often, when a loved one dies or we suffer a personal tragedy or difficulty such as divorce, loss of a job, or death of a loved one, we may feel depressed (some people call this “the blues”). Most of us are able to cope with these and other types of stressful events.
Over a period of days or weeks, the majority of us are able to return to our normal activities. But when these feelings of sadness and other symptoms make it hard for us to get through the day, and when the symptoms last for more than a couple of weeks, we may have what is called “clinical depression.” The term clinical depression is usually used to distinguish the “true” illness of depression from less difficult sadness or the blues.

Clinical depression is not just grief or feeling sad. It is an illness that can challenge your ability to perform even routine daily activities. At its worst, depression may lead you to contemplate, attempt, or commit suicide. Depression represents a burden for both you and your family. Sometimes that burden can seem overwhelming.

There are several different types of depression (mood disorders that include depressive symptoms):

Major depression is a change in mood that lasts for weeks or months. It is one of the most severe types of depression. It usually involves a low or irritable mood and/or a loss of interest or pleasure in usual activities. It interferes with one’s normal functioning and often include physical symptoms. A person may experience only one episode of major depression, but often there are repeated episodes over an individual’s lifetime.

Dysthymia is less severe than major depression but usually goes on for a longer period, often several years. There are usually periods of feeling fairly normal between episodes of low mood. The symptoms usually do not completely disrupt one’s normal activities.

Bipolar disorder involves episodes of depression, usually severe, alternating with episodes of extreme elation called mania. This condition is sometimes called by its older name, manic depression. The depression that is associated with bipolar disorder is often referred to as bipolar depression. When depression is not associated with bipolar disorder, it is called unipolar depression.

Seasonal depression, which medical professionals call seasonal affective disorder, or SAD, is depression that occurs only at a certain time of the year, usually winter, when the number of daylight hours is lower. It is sometimes called “winter blues.” Although it is predictable, it can be very severe.

Psychotic depression refers to the situation when depression and hallucinations or delusions are experienced at the same time (co-occur). This may be the result of depression that becomes so severe that it results in the sufferer losing touch with reality. Individuals that primarily suffer from a loss of touch with reality (for example, schizophrenia) are thought to suffer from an imbalance of dopamine activity in the brain and to be at risk of subsequently becoming depressed.

Adjustment disorder is distress that occurs in relation to a stressful life event. It is usually an isolated reaction that resolves when the stress passes. Although it may be accompanied by a depressed mood, it is not considered a depressive disorder.

Some people believe that depression is “normal” in people who are elderly, have other health problems, have setbacks or other tragedies, or have bad life situations. On the contrary, clinical depression is always abnormal and always requires attention from a medical or mental-health professional. The good news is that depression can be diagnosed and treated effectively in most people. The biggest barriers to overcoming depression are recognition of the condition and seeking appropriate treatment.

That’s probably why the editorial board of the San Francisco Chronicle has come out supporting recommendations, expected to be issued by the CDC next year, in favor of circumcision to “curb the spread of HIV and other infections.” But those vehemently opposed to circumcision—who call themselves “intactivists”—have expressed outrage that the government is thinking about recommending that all newborn boys be circumcised.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention caused quite a stir last week when word slipped out that the agency was considering, for the first time, making public health recommendations concerning circumcision. In terms of a woman’s health, circumcision makes sense because it lowers a man’s risk of getting infected with HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases and, thus, decreases his likelihood of transmitting them to his female partner. They contend it’s a form of mutilation that destroys a man’s ability to fully experience sexual pleasure.

I’m wondering why the CDC is choosing to tackle this controversial cultural issue at this particular time, when Americans’ tempers are already flaring over healthcare reform, and rumors of so-called death panels that will determine whether you live or die just won’t go away even though there’s no mention of them in the legislation. There’s just as much potential here for the spreading of misinformation. Case in point: One headline today reads “CDC Proposing Manditory [sic] Circumcision for Newborn Babies.”

That, of course, is a far cry from the truth. As the CDC’s website states, the “final circumcision recommendations will be completely voluntary.” The agency says it hasn’t decided yet on the final content of the recommendations and whether they will actually include wording that recommends the procedure for all newborns or merely recommends that doctors educate parents about the potential benefits and risks to help them make an informed decision. The CDC may also make special recommendations for adult men who are at high risk of contracting HIV due to having a female partner who’s infected and for men who have sex with other men.

At the moment, the agency hasn’t decided what to recommend or whether to issue any recommendations at all. CDC officials are reviewing the latest studies from Africa showing reduced rates of HIV infections in men who were circumcised as adults. These studies also found that circumcised men were less likely to become infected with the herpes virus and the human papillomavirus (HPV), which can cause cervical cancer in women. From this, many experts have drawn the conclusion that circumcised men are less likely to spread certain sexually transmitted diseases to women. Hence, some say, circumcision should be advocated in newborns as part of a public health campaign.

I think, though, that this issue is actually far more complex. Circumcision is not just a medical procedure but a religious and cultural one. Judaism prescribes it on the eighth day after birth, while in Islam, boys may be circumcised anytime from birth to puberty. As a cultural issue, most Americans have come to accept it as the norm (although it’s less popular today than it was 20 years ago). Europeans, on the other hand, have never embraced it. In the Philippines, two thirds of teenage boys who responded to a recent survey said that they were choosing to get circumcised to avoid being different than their peers, according to this United Nations website. Same, too, in South Korea. The intactivists, who are growing in number, say that the procedure is barbaric and akin to genital mutilation in females.

In terms of the science, it’s not clear how much circumcision will protect American men from being infected with HIV, where the virus is largely transmitted through homosexual contact. The studies involving African men suggest that it lessens the likelihood of infection through heterosexual intercourse, but research isn’t clear as to whether it protects men from being infected by other men. Other research has shown that circumcised men already infected with HIV are just as likely to transmit the infection to women as uncircumcised men. And that leads to the larger potential pitfall of a public policy advocating circumcision: Men may mistakenly think that if they’re circumcised, they’re protected from sexually transmitted diseases and don’t need to wear condoms—clearly not the message that the CDC wants to transmit. Even now, with all the publicity the African studies have received, I think many women wrongly believe they don’t need to push a circumcised partner to use prophylactics.

Certainly, the debate isn’t about mandatory snipping in the hospital cradle or whether circumcision will solve the AIDS crisis. But I do think CDC folks will have to evaluate the latest research carefully before deciding to take a cultural practice and turn it into a public health mission.

Lower left side back pain is a problem experienced by many people nowadays. The reasons may vary in each case. Lower left back pain causes are many like improper use of the back muscles, improper posture, incorrect exercises, etc. One of the main reasons is overuse, related to repetitive exercise or lifting weight, etc. In addition, obesity also places extra weight and pressure over the lower back. Here is some information about lower left back pain.

Lower Left Back Pain During Pregnancy
Suffering from intense lower left back pain during pregnancy is very common. The reason for this is the growth of the uterus and hormonal changes. As the uterus expands, it shifts the center of gravity of the body along with stretching and weakening the abdominal muscles. This changes the body posture which leads to a strain over the lower back. The extra weight being carried means more work for the muscles and increased stress on the joints, which is why the back may feel worse at the end of the day. If the growing uterus is pressing on a nerve, it may be a cause of this pain. Also, the joints and the ligaments that attach pelvic bones to the spine may be loosened due to the hormonal changes during pregnancy, making the person feel less stable and this may cause lower left back pain when sitting, standing and walking, for a long duration.

Lower Left Back Pain when Breathing
Mostly, back pain while breathing is due to a muscular injury. Muscles spasms are caused by any sudden movement of your body. There is a chance of a spasm response with each breath. Breathing back pain can be caused due to a variety of psychosomatic back pain conditions. Pain when breathing can also be caused due to a pulled diaphragm muscle, this pain will radiate throughout the abdomen, chest and back. Moreover, lower left back pain when breathing can also be an indication of serious health problems like cardiac and pulmonary conditions. Hence, if you suddenly experience symptoms, it’s better to check with your doctor.

This type of back pain can be very scary for a patient because you have to breathe even if each breath brings pain and causes frustration. If you have been examined to rule out any possibility of any serious health problem, then just chill. Breathe slowly and observe to find a pattern that gives minimum pain.

Lower Left Back Pain Due to Kidney Infection
It is possible that you are suffering from lower left back pain due to kidney infection, but this does not necessarily mean that an internal lower left back pain is an indication of a kidney infection. You can feel the pain in the flank area on your back, in the sides of the spine and above the hips. This type of pain is caused due to infection and inflammation in the kidney tissues and is generally severe. Due to the infection, the kidney swells and stretches the pain sensitive capsule around the kidney, leading to the pain. The lower left back pain due to kidney infection will be cured when the kidney infection is cured or kidney stone passes out. Here are some of the symptoms of lower left back pain due to kidney infection.

You may feel tenderness in the area above your hips, where the kidneys are located.

This pain may increase with the bladder getting full or it may also travel towards the genital area.

You will typically experience the pain in the area of the back where your kidneys lie.

You might also feel pain and burning sensation during urination, fever and blood in the urine.

Myths About Lower Left Back Pain
Myth: Take complete rest while you have lower left back pain.
You can rest for a day or two if you have a lower back pain. But after that, you need to have some movements and mainly walk around and exercise. Remember, complete rest will worsen the pain and slow your recovery.

Myth: Any back pain is the same.
It’s not. It can be acute or chronic. Acute means a short term pain which may last up to a few days or at the most for a few weeks. Generally the pain that lasts for more than three months is chronic back pain. This type of pain can just come and go in flares. Mostly the lower left back pain is acute but it may worsen if no proper care is taken.

Myth: Worse the pain, worse is the damage.
The amount of lower left back pain is not directly proportional to the amount of damage caused. A degenerated disc won’t be much painful at first. Or a slight lower left side back pain can be an indication of some severe problem.

Myth: Exercise will worsen the lower left back pain.
Doing exercise for lower left back pain will help in strengthening the back muscles and help them heal properly. Obviously, you have to exercise the right way and not overdo the exercise while you are experiencing a back pain.

Exercise for Lower Left Back Pain
Exercise is definitely helpful in giving you lower back pain relief. But, you must take your doctor’s advice before you start exercising if you are already experiencing back pain.
Simple Stretching Exercises

:

Lie flat on your back and lift your neck to take your chin close to your chest. Bring your knees to the chest at the same time and hold it with you hands, count ten and then get back to original position.

Lie on your stomach and push your upper body off the floor using your arms, chin up count ten and come to the original position.

Lie on your back, bend your knees. Keep your feet flat over the floor. Tighten your abdomen and buttocks and push your lower back off the floor. Count of five then relax.

Other Exercise:
Walking exercise, yoga exercise and swimming for about half an hour for alternate days are some of the best exercises for lower back pain.

Preventing the Lower Left Back Pain

Your posture is the most important element in preventing this pain. It is very crucial to maintain a correct posture all the time.

While sitting on a chair for longer periods, mostly sitting in front of the computers, the left side of your back is under constant strain and this can lead to left lower back pain. Don’t lean forwards and keep your back straight while sitting on a chair.

Don’t sit or stand for a long time. You should keep taking breaks in between.

Keep your lower back supported while you drive a four wheeler vehicle. You can use a pillow if your vehicle seat does not provide lower back support. Keep your back straight while you drive a two wheeler.

Bend in your knees while you lift any object from the floor. Don’t bend your back.

Be careful while turning, twisting and bending our body, such movements can also put the lower back under strain.

Exercise and follow the right techniques while doing so. Do not overdo the exercises. Do not suddenly increase the amount of exercise. Gradually increasing the duration and amount of back exercise won’t lead to strains.

So keep your lower back supple and strong with regular care and strengthening exercises. Don’t ignore even slightest of the pain because if not taken care, it may worsen and become severe. It’s always better to be careful and take regular care to avoid lower left back pain.
